Brush Lab Hair Brushes Add Sparkly Twist To The Hair And A Giveaway

Some of you probably noticed that I don't talk much about hair products on my blog. Out of all the beauty products, hair tools are probably the least that I invest in for the fact that I am quite lazy when it comes to styling my hair. Recently, I was offered the opportunity from BrushLove.com website to test out some Brush Lab hair brushes, which is a brand I've seen before but never had the chance to try it out.

More about the website : We, here at BrushLove.com, founded our company on the belief that your gorgeous look is a reflection of the quality of your beauty tools. We are committed to bringing you the finest salon-professional hair, cosmetic and spa accessories from around the globe, and look forward to serving your well-deserved beauty needs.

I have had long hair almost my whole life, but this past summer, I decided that it was time for some changes. Currently, I am loving my shoulder length hair. I color treat my hair usually 2-3 times per year, which as a result, caused my hair to be a bit damaged, thin, and fragile. Due to the fact that my hair break easily, I often have to be extremely cautious on the type of hair tools I use.

Brushlab Blueberry Oval Cushion Boar Bristle Hair Brush ($12.98) is got to be my favorite out of all 4 brushes that I tried. The boar bristles makes my hair extremely smooth and frizz free all day long. It definitely made a difference as to when I used plastic bristle brushes. The massaging grip handle of the brush also gives me better control and is a very nice treat for my hands.

Brushlab Pretty Pink Dual Mirror Brush Combo Hair Brush ($9.98) is a very cute accessory for girls who loves pink. Its nylon ball tipped style is very comfortable for the scalp and is great for entangling long hairs. The brush comes with a mirror on the back which is very continent to use. The smaller size is also great for traveling. This will be something that every lady should have in their purse.

Hana K. Silverado Medium Thermal Hair Brush ($10.98) is coated with aluminum barrel, which is ideal for heat distribution. The brush is very easy to work with and does seem to allow my hair to dry faster. This would be a perfect match for anyone who uses heating tools on a regular basis.

Brushlab Pronto Ionic Nylon Bristle Hair Brush ($8.98) is a static resistant brush that creates negative ions for frizz free hair. I have tried other statics resistant hair brushes before, but the result is not very effective. However, this actually gives me smooth and soft hair. One thing I have to complaint about this is that its bristles are quite hard so please be gentle when using this on your head.

BrushLove.com website also has a new survey where 5 lucky winners will each receive a free hair iron that retails for $159.99

Very interesting review! I've been looking into natural bristle brushes for a long time but they were low priority. I appreciate the sponsor disclaimer, I can't stand when bloggers get free things and don't acknowledge it. It's like the pink elephant in the room, especially if they go on and on about how great something is and I've tried it before to know that it actually sucks! Kudos!

The only time I reach for my brush is in the morning right after I jump out of the shower and I'm done until the next time I get out of the shower :D haha! I guess I just don't care about my hair :(

But the first brush sounds interesting though! ^_^ The massaging grip looks comfy :D

thanks ladies for dropping by.

and @Becks:
I totally agree with you. I'm pretty sure by now, we all know that certain people (kkk...don't worry Im not going to name people) get free stuff or even worse get paid to review stuff they so called purchase by themselves. It just brings a bad name to the whole beauty community. I actually wish PR companies could name those people who do this because I can't imagine someone is ok with doing this to their readers, knowing that they scammed people into buying something that they actually hate and profit from this.

I am actually quite impressed by BrushLove (if you are reading this then thank you). Before I said yes to everything, I specifically told them that I don't guarantee positive reviews because I want to give honest opinions about the products I try. I ask them if they are ok with this because otherwise I wouldn't review this. And they e-mailed me back saying that they are fine with this and they actually want me to say how I actually feel about the brushes so they can improve their products. Big applause. I love companies that do things professionally and are not trying everyways just to sell something.

cool review, the pink brush is super cute! I like glitter polishes too though they're a tad bit harder to remove, but so worth it!
