Blogosphere Buzz : Urban Decay Alice In Wonderland Palette
For Tim Burton's upcoming movie, Alice in Wonderland, cosmetic brand Urban Decay teamed up with Disney to give its famous eyeshadow books a makeover. The result is the amazing and much raved Alice In Wonderland Palette ($52). This limited edition palette was released on the Urban Decay website on January 15th and was sold out within hours. For those of you who didn't get a chance to see its beauty, the gorgeous will land in Sephora soon.
Open up the pop-up scene and jump into wonderland. Under the mushroom forest is a hidden drawer, where you will find 16 beautiful eye shadows, a travel size original Eyeshadow Primer Potion ($18), and two mini 24/7 Glide-On Eye Pencil ($17). If you are a collector, then some of the shadow shades may seem familiar since most of the colors in this limited edition palette is re-promotions from previous shadow books. The whole palette is imprinted with lovely movie themed details.
Majority of the shadows in this palette are very glittery and frothy, which creates a lot of full out. But the colors are absolutely amazing, and this palette is a must have for both collectors and beauty amateurs.

Gorgeous! Ive been lemming on this since I saw promo pictures too bad we dont have urban Decay in my country. I currently down own any of their palettes so I have no idea how their e/s are.

This is packaged so cute! And I'm a sucker for cute packaging!! I don't have any UD shadows, so I'd love to have this one. We'll see....Congratulations on getting yours! Will you post looks with it?

Hi Jian, I believe the Alice in Wonderland palette will be released Debenhams online on 2/22 and will be available in stores on 2/28. Hopefully you can grab one too.

O: Wow! This palette's so nice! I especially love the idea of a collaboration with Alice in Wonderland! Not sure if you've already heard about this, but OPI also did a Alice in Wonderland collection. The colours for them looked gorgeous too! Too bad they don't sell them in the Australia. ):

Hi Vivi, I have heard of the OPI Alice In Wonderland collection, but unfortunatly, I'm not a fan of OPI (LOL...I know Im probably the minority of ppl who don't like OPI)

Awesome! This palette is gorgeous.
However, I agree with you, there must be another matte shades in the palette. I`ve got the Book of shadows I and all the shadows are shimmering.
